Cream Cheese Meatloaf
- 1 1/2 lb. ground pork and beef mixture
- 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- Mix all ingredients together with your hands and put into a loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
