Cream Cheese Meatloaf



Cream Cheese Meatloaf
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground pork and beef mixture
  • 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

  1. Mix all ingredients together with your hands and put into a loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
