Chicken Alfredo
- 4-6 slices bacon chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 4-6 chicken boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 jar Five Brothers Alfredo Sauce
- 1 cup frozen peas
- In large skillet fry bacon until crisp, remove and in drippings sauté onions and mushrooms until soft.
- Remove from pan and set aside with bacon. In same skillet brown chicken breasts on both sides.
- Add back the bacon, onions, mushrooms and the Alfredo sauce and peas.
- Let simmer 20-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
