Almond- crusted Salmon (salmón con almendras )

I love salmon and the other I mad ethis recipe I find here from Goodhousekeeping and I love salmon with almonds! Really simple and delicious, hope you enjoy! Ingredients (4 serves) 4 skinless salmont fillets 1/2 cup sliced almonds 200 grams green beans (trimmed) 1 tablespoon oil salt and pepper 1/2 cup greek yogurt 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel Method Preheat oven to 232 °c (450F) Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil . In a pan bake the green beans with the oil, salt and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes. Mix the greek yogurt, salt and lemon peel. Spread this over the salmonf fillets and top with slice almonds, coarsely chopped. Push beans to one side of pan, place salmon on other side. Spray salmon with cooking spray or some oil. Bake by 15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through and beans are tender. Pear-blackberry pie (Pie de moras y peras)

I wasn't in the mood for Valentines but when I made this tart I cut some hearts to cover the tart and think was nice to Valentines. BTW you can make some leaves to or use other cutter shape. Happy Valentine's day! Adapted from Good Housekeeping Ingredients pastry 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 10 tablespoon butter cut up and very cold 8 to 10 tablespoon ice water Filling 3 cups frozen blackberries 2/3 cup granulated sugar 2 or 3 ripe pears peeled, cored and chopped 1/4 cup cornstarch 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest pinch of salt 1 egg yolk 2 tablespoon cream or milk Pastry In a bowl mix flour and salt until combined. Add butter and make coarse crumbs form with yours hand or a food processor. Drizzle 6 tablespoon of ice water and work with yours hands or processor. Aubergine, tomato & parmesan bake (Berenjenas al horno con tomate y queso parmesano)

I love eggplant (almost like zucchini) so I found this recipe the other day and made last week . The mix of aubergine, parmesan cheese, tomatoes and basil is glorious! Course is for those who love the eggplant. I know there are many :) My mom asked If I could make this recipe tomorrow! I told her of course!
